What we do...

A PLC trainer kit powered by Beckhoff Automation using remote IOs with onboard 8DI, 8DO, 4AI and 4AO
Motion trainer kit:
A modular motion training kit powered by Beckhoff's touch screen PC capable of CNC functionality featuring compact drive technology with DC, BLDC, AC, Stepper and Servo motors on board. Modularity has been key focus for this kit to make assembly-disassembly easy for the trainee and the trainer
5 Axes servo controlled aluminum door frame cutting machine:
Retrofit job work of aluminum door frame cutting machine with Beckhoff architecture. Mounted with 5 servo axes, a SPM for cutting aluminum profile for door-window manufacturer.
XY-interpolation intelligent punching machine with output up to 100 holes per minute:
New product development over a span of 7 months for a punching SPM with a XY table where X represents feed axis, and Y represents motion perpendicular to X for punching holes using a stationary pneumatic punch.
The machine is made for sheets up to thickness 3mm, itself adjusts the motion depending on the sheet width and the punch diameter. Sheet is fed from a roll.
